What you will be doing
- Becoming an expert on your assigned topic each week
- Conducting a deep investigation to identify the root cause of each issue
- Producing a clearly written summary of the problem and proposed solution
- Working with C-suite executives to ensure that your work is impactful
What you won’t be doing
- Focusing on your favorite part of the business – you’ll be expected to learn broadly across the organization
- Proposing generic solutions – you will need to dig deep and gain expertise to make detailed, informed recommendations
- Solving theoretical problems – you will work on the most pressing issues facing the company and have a direct impact on the bottom line
Financial Analyst key responsibilities
- Identifying solutions to the company’s biggest challenges
- Documenting each challenge and proposed solution in detail
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field, such as business, math, science, etc.
- 5 – 10 years of work experience
- Strong written communication skills
