Tender Call for Translation Framework – Turkey

Tender instructions:

1. Interested vendors can obtain tender documents by stating their expression of interest via sending email to; [email protected]  with subject line “193908- Sworn and Non-Sworn Translation Service Framework Agreement’’
2. Completed documents must be submitted no later than 30.12.2019 by 17:00 through the following ways;
3. To help us track our procurement effort, please indicate in your email where (vacanciesinturkey.com) you saw tender/procurement notice.

a. Via tender email: [email protected] with subject line “193908- Sworn and Non-Sworn Translation Service Framework Agreement’’       

b.By hand delivery in sealed envelopes marked “193908- Sworn and Non-Sworn Translation Service Framework Agreement’’ to a tender box located at WATAN Gaziantep Office, Mücahitler Mah. Gazi Muhtarpaşa Blv. Yasem İş Mrk. No:44/F Şehitkamil/Gaziantep  

3. WATAN has all the rights to accept or reject any incomplete bid document.  After the above stated deadline, quotations sent will not be accepted.

4. All bids must include total price, bid validity, payment terms, and delivery terms of service.

5. All bids must be splitted into technical proposal and financial proposal and companies with registration as translator are encouraged While sending via hand delivered, two envelops must be provided, via secured email there should be two separate attachments one for technical proposal one for financial proposal.
