The person will be a single point of contact to the deployment data migration lead and with the super users to drive migration plan forward.
Own, manage and co-ordinate detailed activity plan.
Actively contribute in the pre-planning phase of data migration.
Provide valuable input during data fit gap sessions.
Contribute to the definition of data cleansing rules.
Contribute to the creation of data profiling reports.
Complete ownership of data cleanse dashboard, provide updates, monitor progress and report issues and risks early in the process.
Accountable for running data triable sessions, ensure active participation from team, organize and schedule sessions share minutes.
Will play vital role in identifying key data sources in the legacy system and environment.
Responsible for cleansing or coordinating cleansing activities in the legacy or in the template provided as part of the project.
Perform data verification activities whereby ensuring that the feedback provided by the super users are appropriately reflected in the source system.
Manage pre and post reconciliation process and ensure appropriate signed off are provided as per the timelines.
Actively contribute to the design of local Migration Design Specification (MDS).
Ensure all key migration documentation are approved (Local MDS).
Contribute to the data collection activity for the data not available in the source system.
Contribute to the data load sign-off.
Fully accountable and responsible for the completion of data load report namely Trail Loads, FDR, Cutover.
