Human Resources Team is the strategic partner of the business at Trendyol and works closely to the business. The team improve our processes and create agile organization to provide the best environment for our teams while cultivating our values. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in quantitative-focused major
- At least 4 years of HR experience preferably in compensation and HRIS gained at business partner level ideally within a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent understanding of MS Excel and HR information systems
- Having strong communication skills and being a good team player
- Have a proven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable
- Being humble and people-oriented
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Designs HR process journeys both for employees, managers and HRs by using end-to-end process approach and through automation, digitization or system improvements
- Establishes master HR data governance principles for generating unified and standardized HR infrastructure
- Decides on necessary technology, analytical tools and reporting principles to develop and analyze people metrics and advanced predictive analytics to provide management support
- Prepares and analyzes regular and ad-hoc reports including turnover, attraction, cost management and retention
- Develop, automate, maintain, and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly HR metrics to monitor KPIs and dashboards as it relates to compensation specific data
- Support reporting requirements related with other HR functions regarding recruitment performance, employee engagement survey, performance management outputs etc.
- Monitor Human Resource employee data in our HRIS databases for maintaining correct data which are used in various kinds of reports and determine development areas of a system according to requirements of the company
- Work with payroll team and outsource support companies regarding payroll management and help coordination between in-house team and their employees to execute the process effectively
- Research best practices and trends and perform deep analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation programs and models potential impact of alternatives and provide creative compensation solutions
- Work closely with the business accounts and HR business partners to improve compensation and data analyzing issues
