CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Project: Provision of Airline ticketing service for GIZ Office Ankara
As a federally owned enterprise of the German Government, The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, German Development Cooperation, carries out a number of bilateral and regional projects in Turkey with the aim of supporting sustainable development. These tasks imply lots of traveling (in the country, within the region and EU mainly), sometimes on a short notice, and the need for changing flight tickets due to external factors.
The GIZ Office Ankara intends to conclude a framework contract with a travel agency to provide airline ticketing services for its operations in Turkey and the region. The service provider will be responsible for the procurement of airline tickets (domestic, regional and international) for the GIZ Office Ankara and its joint programmes. The service will include: providing quotations, booking, issuing and billing of tickets as per GIZ guidelines and the travel regulations.
