The Ideal Candidate will be responsible for the following processes and tasks:
- To perform the order management of all domestic and foreign technical and non-technical goods and services (reel, spare parts, machinery, transportation, consumables, service, etc.) except raw materials.
- Carrying out studies for finding alternative materials and suppliers, following domestic and international fairs, creating cost-reducing actions and participating in Local / Group studies related to them.
- Order management of domestic and international investment materials through SAP, B2B and catalog systems in the most accurate way.
- To actualize and coordinate the necessary efficiency studies in the system. To make timely and complete Non-Raw Materials reporting (NRM table, Double Digit, MP/LE, etc.) in coordination with Central Purchasing; made to ensure Supplier evaluation and on-site supplier audit.
- Working in accordance with the requirements of the Management Systems (Quality Assurance, Health, Safety and Environment, Laboratory Qualification, Automotive Quality Management Systems) as well as in line with Group Policies & Regulations such as Ethic Codes, Compliance, Due Dilligence, Purchasing Procedures and Sustainability.
- Contributing to keeping the procurement Quality Management System documentation (procedure, instructions, etc.) up-to-date.
- To fulfill all duties and responsibilities under the Company Information Security Management System (ISMS).
- To fulfill the duties assigned to her/him within the scope of the Company Physical Security System Fulfilling within the scope of Risk Management, Business Continuity and disaster backup.
Who are we looking for?
The Ideal Candidate should have the following skills:
- University degree preferably in Mechanical/Industrial/Electric & Electronical/Metallurgical and Materials Engineering
- Advanced level of at English written and spoken
- High analytical skills, proactive approach, resilience
- At least 5 years of experience in a smilar role
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Actively explore and understand customer needs
- Pursue focused Innovation & Improvement
- Promotes collaboration and coordination in the organization
- Always acts as a role model, ensuring the integrity and delivering on promises
- Keeping the things simple in order to facilitate timely and focused decision making
