SUBJECT: INVITATION TO TENDER FOR RENOVATION WORKS IN QUSHQAYA PHCC – DIBS DISTRICT – KIRKUK CITY.

Further to your enquiry regarding the publication of the above-mentioned invitation to tender, please find enclosed the following documents, which constitute the tender dossier.

Any request for clarification must be received by Medecins du monde in writing at least 7 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Medecins du monde will reply to tenderers’ questions at least 2 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.

If Medecins du Monde, either on its own initiative or in response to a request from a tenderer, provides additional information on the tender dossier; such information will be sent in writing to all tenderers at the same time.

Costs incurred by the tenderer in preparing and submitting the tender proposals will not be reimbursed.

We look forward to receiving your tender and the accompanying tender guarantee at the address specified in the Instructions to Tenderers before 07th November 2019 11:00 AM, as stated in the procurement notice.

If you decide not to submit a tender, we would be grateful if you could inform us in writing, stating the reasons for your decision.
