Marketplace Team is responsible for leading the initiatives to identify the opportunities for expanding selection that our Customers want, help business teams identify growth opportunities based on technology and data-driven processes. In the end, we are all working towards the same goal: to create an excellent experience for our customers at Trendyol.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities,
- At least 3 years of experience in digital training content creation and design (preferably in e-commerce, retail sectors),
- Excellent command of MS Office applications,
- Advanced knowledge of e-learning content/video creation and design tools (Vyond, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere etc.),
- Customer-driven and analytical mindset with a desire and ability to identify sellers’ training needs,
- Self-motivated and passionate with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills,
- Open-minded, innovative conceptual thinking ability, self-managed, able to process abstract concepts and convert to training,
- Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
- Experience applying editing and/or proofreading standards,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English,
- Analytical thinker, result-oriented, high achiever, strategic thinker, good team player, high sense of responsibility, proactive and a practical thinker,
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and coordinate different parties of the projects and deliver fast, business-focused output of excellent quality.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Define current and future training and development needs,
- Being able to create content for sellers in different types (one-pager, document, video…etc),
- Combine it with visual elements, animations and interactivity in order to keep sellers interested and coming back for more,
- Update content periodically by following new features,
- Develop training materials for e-learning courses,
- Designing training programs in line with Trendyol strategies, working with other teams to understand training needs and determine the appropriate training type for sellers,
- Planning of a content creation backlog to ensure regular content throughout the year,
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training,
- Monitor and review trainees’ progress,
- Support ad hoc tasks or projects as required.
