Gère le transport et la logistique associée des biens et services à destination et en provenance de clients/fournisseurs internes et/ou externes. Influence la Manage transportation and related logistics of goods and services to and from internal and/or external customers/suppliers. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.
Job Description
The Transport Specialist organizes and tracks national and international transport of equipment associated with logistics platform shipments. He arbitrates the technical constraints according to the criteria of cost, quality and deadlines.
Essential Responsibilities:

Preparation of documents necessary for the dispatch (invoices, Packing-list, certificate of origin, EUR1, insurance certificate etc)

Organization and follow-up of transport, Purchase of transport, Quotation for offers, Registration and control of supplier invoices Customs and administrative follow-up of shipments
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in a reputable university
-
Minimum 2 years of experience
-
Control all transport modes
-
Have knowledge of international trade, transport and logistics

Have a solid knowledge Customs
-
Strong oral and written communication in English
-
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Desired Qualification:

SAP knowledge

Demonstrated decision-making skills
