Procurement of a Service Provider: Web Developer

BACKGROUND
INARA provides life-altering medical care for children from conflict areas who have catastrophic injuries or illnesses and are unable to access treatment due to war. INARA steps in to fill the gaps in access to medical treatment when not provided by other institutions or non-profits. INARA is currently partnering with medical institutions such as the American University of Beirut Medical Center (AUBMC) to ensure children receive quality medical treatment.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES / SCOPE OF WORK
- INARA is procuring for a service provider to redesign its donation pages (inara.org/donate). This would be done through an API via its new Contact Relationship Management (CRM) software, Donorfy. - This will all need to be linked to Stripe (INARA’s donations management tool), thus all the data would go to Stripe and to Donorfy.
- The look and feel of the donation pages needs to be completely revamped from what it is currently to include the following aspects:
- Limit clicks and form filling for donors as much as possible
- Mobile friendly
- The service should be completed by 8 March 2020 the latest.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
The service provider will conduct work remotely. He/she should be available for online meetings to discuss work and monitor progress. Correspondence and meetings will be conducted in English.
