To maintain office services such as:
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Monitor and record long distance phone calls
- Control correspondences
- Review and approve supply requisitions
- Liaise with other agencies, organizations and groups
- Maintain office equipment
- Assign and monitor clerical and secretarial functions
- Design and implement office policies
- Recruit and select office staff
- Provide on the job and other training opportunities
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or another related field.
- Fluency in English and Turkish.
- Knowledge in Admin and Office job
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven and reaching the monthly target.
