Country Sales & Commercial Excellence Manager, IDS

Job Description Summary

Drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability in line with sales plan across Turkey for both secondary and primary care.
Support business to drive commercial and business excellence by implementation and improvement of SFE, market deep dive research and analytics, field force development and multichannel activities to increase top and bottom line results via optimized resource allocation and upgrading of customer engagement initiatives.

About the Role

  • To lead, manage and develop the IDS Team ensuring the team delivers annually agreed sales targets within budgeted expenses
  • Coach, motivate and develop the capabilities of the sales organisation.  Upgrade the skills and increase capabilities of the team members thru PMP reviews and development plans
  • Drive and lead effective tender management, account/territory management and channel/distributor management strategies in line with annual commercial goals
  • Develop GTM strategy in align with continuously changing business environment in Turkey  
  • Be actively involved in the sales processes with both B2B & B2C customers
  • Proactively develop and personally implement business plans, pricing policy, sales strategies and promotional plans for IDS sales in order to meet and exceed business objectives. 
  • Recommend organization growth to add skilled manpower (e.g.: sales and application specialists in specific markets)
  • Drive sales-effectiveness by implementing company segmentation & targeting methodologies
  • Aim to spend effective working time in the field with customers    
  • Develop, communicate and execute national business plans to meet budgetary expectations
  • Conduct sales and pipeline analysis on monthly basis and develop strategies accordingly
  • Maintain governance for use of the CRM systems (SFDC, Mercury, etc) and ensure alignment with other relevant commercial processes
  • Drive continuous improvement of sales and bid process, sales capabilities and tools and supporting systems
  • Support budget, strategy and investment planning
  • Help to ensure process alignment between commercial, operations, finance and legal departments in a matrix organization

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in MIS, B.A. or related fields
  • 4-5 years of business analytics experience
  • Manager Midlevel Experience is an asset
  • Customer Mindset and B2B experience
  • Strong business acumen coupled with a high level analytical capability
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • (Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, such as high level of Excel knowledge; pivot table creation, macro writing, database creation …)
  • Qlikview, BI/BW, Access experience is an asset
  • Detail oriented, strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Process oriented, proactive and customer focused
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Used to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment and Matrix Organisation
  • Excellent team player
  • Fluency in Englisch both written and verbally
