Founded in 2005, the Regional Platform for the Americas and the Caribbean (PIRAC) is the delegation of the French Red Cross (FRC) in the Caribbean, its main regional cooperation and humanitarian tool. The PIRAC provides assistance to the populations affected by major disasters and crises in the Eastern Caribbean and the Guyana Shield. The PIRAC develops also actions to strengthen the resilience of people and support Red Cross entities in the French territories and the broader Caribbean, in coordination with the IFRC.
French Red Cross-PIRAC, in partnership with AFD and INTERREG, commits herself in a program of reinforcing disaster preparedness and response capacities within the Eastern Caribbean territories.
In order to carry through this project, French Red Cross wants to buy, by means of a tender procedure, provisioning a communication Agency for the Provision of services for the production of awareness, advocacy and communication materials:
Lot 1: Graphic design and Awareness campaign
Lot 1.1: Awareness campaign
Lot 1.2: Others specific tasks
Lot 2: Public relations
Lot 3: Multimedia production
- The companies who wish to bid to one or several lots are invited to collect a tender dossier at the French Red Cross PIRAC before the 24/08/2020 – 16pm Pointe à Pitre time (Guadeloupe)
