Business Development Specialist
YOUR ROLE
Accountable for developing and securing incremental revenue and market share from existing customers and new business to achieve profitable volume growth consistent with marketing plan initiatives; and improving business development processes for specific services and products with strong sales engagements. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Maintaining field sales activities and developing the existing customer portfolio,
- Contributing to achieve the general goals of the department in line with the sales and marketing strategies.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
- Having a minimum of 3 years of business development / sales experience in international transportation or warehouse operations,
- Good command of MS Office applications,
- Good knowledge of English,
- Class B driving license and active driving,
- Exceptional client relationship skills,
- Excellent delegation, team building and leadership skills,
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
