We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract, develop, and retain top talent. The HR team plays a key role in shaping our culture, fostering collaboration, and building a team that creates games players love.

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

  • Own and execute recruitment strategies to attract and secure top talent.
  • Conduct interviews and collaborate with teams to ensure a strong skill and culture fit.
  • Build a diverse candidate pipeline using creative sourcing methods.
  • Track hiring activities and maintain recruitment reports efficiently.
  • Manage multiple HR projects while aligning with company goals.
  • Strengthen employer branding by showcasing our culture and opportunities.
  • Support employee relations, addressing needs and concerns proactively.
  • Oversee HR processes at every stage of the employee lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and HR regulations.

YOU COULD BE A GREAT FIT IF:

  • You have 1+ years of HR experience, preferably in tech industry
  • You excel at recruiting top talent and building strong teams.
  • You’re fast, responsive, and detail-oriented, ensuring smooth hiring processes.
  • You love connecting with people and solving problems with a proactive mindset.
  • You have experience with ATS or other hiring tools (a big plus!).
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments like startups.
  • You’re a team player with strong communication skills.
  • You have an analytical mindset and a solutions-focused approach.
  • You’re fluent in English, both in writing and daily communication.

  • You’re curious about the gaming industry and eager to learn more.
