We are looking for a Quality Technician who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Hitachi Energy Power Transformers Factory in two shifts.
How you will make an impact
- Inspection of transformer tanks manufacturing stages, ITP and QCP.
- Incoming Material Inspection
- Welding and Coating Inspections
- NDT inspections TUV Nord- EN 473 ISO 9712 and ASME
- Final assembly dimensional inspections
- Providing solution for customer complaints.
- Technical knowledge for supplier qualification, material and production
- processes.
Your Background:
- Graduated from electrical or mechanical departments of technical high schools
- At least 2 years of experience in the transformer sector
- Knowledgeable about technical drawing, measuring instruments, SAP QM module and NCR
- Ultrasonic Inspection Level 2 certificate is an asset
- Raiographic Inspection Level 2 certificate
- Magnetic Inspection Level 2 certificate
- Penetrant Inspection Level 2 certificate
- Visual Inspection Level 2 certificate
- AMPP Coating inspector – Level 2 certificate
- Having communication skills in English and Turkish
