Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage warehouse operations.
- Follow up on shipment and delivery plans, and handle stock records and warehouse inventory counts.
- Coordinate container loading and shipment planning according to customer requests and ensure control.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of work orders.
- Lead and direct the team under their responsibility.
- Maintain warehouse order and team management.
- Conduct efficiency improvement activities in operations.
- Prepare and publish operational reports.
- Male candidates must have completed their military service.
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma.
- Experience in the logistics sector (preferably container storage).
- Knowledgeable in warehouse management and inventory control.
- Proficient in MS Office programs.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong managerial skills, experience in team management, and capable of delegating tasks.
- Team player with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Possesses a valid B-class driver’s license (actively drives).
