What you´ll do
- Coordinate closely with internal teams and external partners to manage international export operations.
- Organize production planning with the factory according to incoming orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Manage warehouse operations and direct the preparation and loading of vehicles.
- Act as the first point of contact for our clients in target countries, maintaining strong and professional communication.
- Follow up customs procedures, ensuring all export invoices and documents are prepared accurately and on time.
- Communicate with customs brokers to guarantee smooth customs clearance after vehicle loading.
- Monitor and control all stages of the shipment process, from production to delivery, ensuring full compliance with export regulations.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in international Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in foreign trade, export operations, or logistics, ideally gained within an international environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Good command of MS Office applications knowledge, especially in Excel.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive communication abilities.
- High attention to detail, time management skills, and a result-oriented mindset.
- Locate or willing to locate in Ankara.
