Why is this role really critical to us?

As DNA Squad Digitalization and Automation Process Lead, you will play a key role in driving the digital transformation and automation initiatives within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, develop a strategic roadmap, and lead the implementation of digital solutions across various business functions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technology experts to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall digital experience.

How will you spend your time at Vodafone?

Looking for a team member for DNA Squad who will be responsible for;

Responsibilities:

1. Digital Transformation Strategy:

Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for digitalization and automation.

Develop a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

Conduct research and benchmarking to stay updated on emerging digital trends and technologies.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define the vision and roadmap for digitalization and automation initiatives.

2. Process Optimization and Automation:

Analyze and map end-to-end business processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

Work closely with business stakeholders to redesign processes for efficiency and automation.

Identify and implement digital solutions, such as robotic process automation (RPA), workflow automation, and data analytics, to streamline operations.

Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making iterative improvements as necessary.

3. Project Management and Implementation:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for digitalization and automation initiatives.

Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of digital solutions.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to align digital initiatives with organizational goals.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and provide recommendations on digital solutions.

Conduct training and change management activities to facilitate user adoption and ensure successful implementation.

5. Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

Continuously assess the effectiveness of digitalization and automation efforts and seek opportunities for improvement.

Stay up to date with advancements in digital technologies, automation tools, and industry best practices.

Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging the exploration of new technologies and ideas.

Proactively identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to drive further process optimization and automation.

You are just the person we’ve been looking for, if you have:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in digital product development fields
  • Knowledge of Chatbot/Digital Assistant development environments, such as NLU, Bot Designer Tools, Conversational UX is a plus
  • Experience in agile methodologies
  • Experience in process design tools
  • Having a strong analytical background
  • Strong leadership attitudes
  • Good at communication with a proactive approach
  • Experience in digital channel management
  • Experience in converting business requirements into technical requirements
  • Interest on innovative technologies such as Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing etc.
  • Knowledge of self-service experience design, digital product management, customer oriented product management
  • Good at data analysing and data driven decision making ability
  • Able to manage change, make decisions and create valuable features for customers
