What you’ll do

Focuses upon the provision of advice and administration and provides services across the related function in line with procedures and concepts.Ensures a high quality of work and influences business decisions through council or advice using specific skills and expertise. Typically reports to the Manager.

Who you are

  • Performs assigned tasks related to the design, development and implementation of sales programmes and tools to meet the business objectives;
  • Demonstrates a good understanding of procedures and concepts through extensive sales experience to achieve sales and revenue targets within area of responsibility;
  • Supports the team with measuring, analysing and reporting on key sales activities, identifying areas of improvement and opportunities to improve sales and service that will positively impact revenue, market share and customer experience;
  • Uses strong communication skills to exchange ideas and information in a concise and logical way to support with negotiations and signing up contracts;
  • Effectively interacts with internal teams to ensure adherence to training requirements, across all sales channels, and looks to identify skills gaps in line with Learning and Development teams;
  • Provides sales reporting.
