Job Description 

  1. Driving the business growth with a key focus on improving the onboarding journey and tracking client conversion rates.
  2. Collaborate with international Product teams & international Service teams (eg Legal, Compliance, Customer Service, Onboarding etc) ) to define, develop, improve and implement processes, policies and/or system related solutions.
  3. Collaborate with partners and internal teams to produce relevant marketing material, assess product solution requirements and on-site and remote partner training and support requirements
  4. Drive business requirements to address issues along with clear implementation strategies – with a focus on solving client pain points for clients intending to expand internationally (eg opening subsidiaries across different countries).
  5. Be responsible for user growth – formulating and implementing product growth strategies based on client and market insights. Leverage user growth tools and product incentives to drive new user acquisition and engagement.
  6. Provide insights & drive implementation on cross functional projects, execute recommendations via gathering business requirements for tech builds, drafting of business requirement documents, process mapping & re-engineering & project management.
  7. Perform various administrative and operational duties to drive effectiveness. These operational tasks include but are not limited to preparation of materials for senior management, facilitate key management meetings, maintenance of target timelines of initiatives & getting updates to drive traction, draft processes & validate implementation of initiatives.

Requirements

  1. Fluent in both verbal and written English.
  2. Prior experience in client onboarding journeys and risk related enhancements.
  3. International working experience in one or more E commerce marketplaces.
  4. Knowledge of the cross-border payment landscape for transnational companies with at least 6-8 years of working experience as a payments product manager, growth manager or partnership manager in the cross border business.
  5. Ability to work across organizational boundaries, dealing with ambiguity and setting up internal networks to break down barriers and improve cross functional collaboration.
  6. Ability to handle and manage a fast-paced schedule, high volume of work, produce associated deliverables within short deadlines and work within a complex governance structure.
  7. Ability to independently drive market & client research and drive the end-to-end development of business requirement documents.
  8. Proficient in data analytical skills with the ability to convert data into business insights and actions.
  9. Demonstrate ownership, commitment, accountability, and responsibility for the assigned business objectives. Self-driven, possesses strong interpersonal skills and keen can-do mindset
  10. Proven track record of working in a consultative sales environment selling fintech/tech solutions to the Ecommerce and International Import/Export ecosystems.
  11. You are comfortable communicating with partners at different levels of seniority including contract negotiations, understanding the roles and priorities of different stakeholders across client portfolios
  12. Flexible business travel will be required
