The Louis Vuitton Beauty Ambassador serves as the key advocate for beauty within the store, creating synergies between beauty and other product categories to enrich the overall client experience. This role acts as the go-to point of reference for all beauty-related queries and ensures the smooth operation and maintenance of the beauty area. With a passion for beauty, the Beauty Ambassador combines product knowledge, client management and teamwork to promote Louis Vuitton’s new métier and its integration within the Maison’s ecosystem.

Job responsibilities

Beauty Advocacy and Expertise:

• Act as the primary point of contact for beauty queries, ensuring clients and team members receive expert guidance on beauty products and techniques.
• Promote beauty as an integral part of the Louis Vuitton experience, linking it seamlessly with other product categories such as fashion and accessories.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Louis Vuitton’s beauty offerings, sharing this expertise with clients and colleagues to drive engagement and sales.

Client Engagement:

• Provide an elevated and personalized experience, showcasing a deep passion for beauty and attention to client preferences.
• Proactively engage with clients to introduce them to Louis Vuitton’s beauty products and their connection to the brand’s overall story.
• Build long-term relationships with clients by offering tailored advice and recommendations, ensuring their needs are met.

Synergy Creation:

• Collaborate with the team to integrate beauty into the boutique’s client journey, demonstrating how beauty enhances the Louis Vuitton lifestyle.
• Develop cross-category opportunities by showcasing how beauty products complement other purchases, such as pairing perfumes with fashion pieces or makeup with accessories.

Maintenance Management:

• Ensure the beauty area is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing, reflecting Louis Vuitton’s high standards of luxury.
• Manage the inventory, display, and upkeep of beauty products to maintain operational excellence and readiness.
• Address any maintenance issues in the beauty area promptly to ensure a seamless client experience.

Team Collaboration :

• Serve as a resource and support for store team members on beauty-related topics, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Contribute to team goals by sharing beauty insights and assisting with various tasks as needed.

Profile

Experience and Knowledge:

• A passion for beauty and makeup, with an eagerness to learn and share knowledge about Louis Vuitton’s beauty products.
• Previous experience in retail, particularly in beauty or luxury, is a plus.
• English and Spanish (C1 min.)
