Why is this role really critical to us? 

This role provides support as a competence centre for Radio Access Network (2G&3G&LTE) problems and issues in the aim of improving the customer experience and reducing problem resolution time. Serves to operational excellence by automation support. 

How will you spend your time at Vodafone?

• Troubleshoots RAN problems with an e2e vision, according to defined SLAs. Identify the problems and raised Service Request to the Vendor or internal departments. Follow-up status of SRs.
• Provides support to 2nd Line CM & Performance team, to handle network upgrades and SW corrections. Transfer know-how to operation departments via hands on trainings.
• Seeks automation opportunities in operational activities and responsible to provide solutions in Robotic Automation, Automation Orchestration and Artificial Intelligence areas. Identify, documents and develops automation processes.
• Prepares high level Radio Access related documentation and procedures for other operational departments in the aim of hints and corrections.
• Provides 7×24 On-call Support for the operation supports, performs First Network Implementations and acceptance tests for Radio Access Network software and equipment. 

You are just the person we’ve been looking for, if you have:

• Graduate from Computer, Electronics or Telecommunications engineering programs of University.
• Significant Work experience in telecom sector with hands on Radio Access networks, with a good understanding of GSM /UMTS /LTE.
• Knowledge on the most of Unix, SQL, scripting, Python, HTML, javascript, VB, C#.
• Good Troubleshooting, communication skills and good command of English.
• Ability to adapt to work in multicultural environment and flexible working hours.
