Remote Administration Assistant (Remote Turkey)

We are looking for an organised and motivated remote administrator to assist our busy project managers with general administration duties.

Absolute Translations is a pioneer in the language industry, offering translation and linguistic services in over 200 language combinations as well as in a wide range of subject matters. With many global brands in our portfolio, and with 20+ years’ experience, we have successfully earned a reputation for quality and high levels of service.

This opportunity is offered on a remote basis working from home. Candidate will be required between 9am to 6pm Mon to Fri, UK GMT times. Communication will be facilitated via Zoom, Microsoft teams and our PC phone system.

A good internet connection will be required to log into company network.

You will be responsible for responding to emails, communicating with suppliers, organizing electronic files, and performing other general admin duties as required.

Candidates must have an good command of verbal and written English

Duties include:

  • General administration duties
  • Sending / replying to emails
  • Liaising with remote colleagues and freelancers
  • Updating CRM
  • Provide general administration duties as requested
  • Compile basic reports
