Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Support country sales /service organizations in performing analysis of strategic business segments and evaluating opportunities in new EDU markets, channels or customer target groups.
- Work in close collaboration with country CS EDU contacts (CS Sales, CS Heads, Commercials etc. based on assignment in the country) and support commercialization of EDU offerings.
- Focus on growth opportunities and markets by developing roll-out plans to maximize country EDU revenue.
- Leveraging Education Services in countries by partnering with countries to define EDU sales channels / target customers.
- Responsible for setting & supporting countries to maintain the financial infrastructure for EDU in terms of both bookings and revenue.
- Support customer account relationship management with education business perspective by acting as the main coordinator of communication among HQ Product owners and country
- Responsible for hosting EDU presentations, services positioning and consultative support on need basis.

Your qualifications and experience:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing strategies and management working in Healthcare or a B2B environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, MBA is an asset
- Fluent in business English; knowledge of further eastern European languages is of advantage
Your attributes and skills:
- Communication skills including senior management levels
- Experience in sales and in introducing new products / portfolio elements
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Experience in a multi-country role / setup
- Relevant and strong experience with Microsoft Office
- have a profile that is rounded off by being hand-on, negotiation skills, communication, organizational and presentation skills, as well as intercultural sensitivity
- Ability and willing to travel extensively (about 40%)
