Fellow Senior Delivery Manager – Orphoz

Your Impact

You will work largely in the private sector and concentrate on business change management and you will be owning transformation agenda end-to-end as a thought partner to our clients.

You will be collaborating with clients and McKinsey engagement teams on-site and and creating value by finding performance enhancement areas in client processes and troubleshooting complex issues. You will also support the assessment of client decisions via strategic analysis and feasibility studies and lead capability development efforts of our clients as part of transformational agenda. As part of your role you will support knowledge development efforts on industry trends and latest operations technologies and support McKinsey leadership in exploring new areas to enhance the performance of our clients.

You will be based in our Baku office. As part of Orphoz, you will be working closely and in partnership with clients’ senior management and their specialist departments. Our Orphoz private sector arm leads cross-industry project management and execution, drawing on the experience and knowledge of a worldwide network of experts. We engage at a deep level across our clients’ businesses, working in small teams to build the capabilities, systems, and processes needed to deliver bottom-line results and then ensure those results will be sustained over time. Our work is about delivering lasting outcomes. We plan and deliver change projects together with our clients, helping them capture their full potential. We know what affects the success of large projects and what can ensure lasting implementation success. We work closely and in partnership with our clients’ senior management and specialist functions. We combine strategic and operational project management, with strong execution skills and an understanding of the specific demands of each industry. Your qualifications and skills

• Bachelor’s degree with strong records of academic achievement
• 6+ years of experience in refinery or petrochemicals
• P&L management experience in oil and gas industry
• People management experience
• Action-motivated individual with strong pragmatic problem-solving skills
• Ability to be flexible and agile in a consulting environment
• Proficient user of MS Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent verbally and written in English
